Here’s a little glimpse into how my last weeks as a Physio looked like 🥹💫✨

Yesterday marked my last class in Berlin and everyone made it so special!
We got stronger together and built confidence every single week. I had the honor to bring epic playlists to the table 🤭 and hope some of these songs will always remind you of Pilates!! Thank you for all your smiles, kind words and love. Seeing you all moving through our classes gives me goosebumps every single time.
It’s not a goodbye it’s a see you very soon. Keep moving 💛

I’m deeply grateful for everything I’ve learned, the opportunities that helped me grow both professionally and personally, and the beautiful community that has come together 💛 I’ll miss every single one of you – our conversations, our laughter – and I’ll carry all these memories so close to my heart.

This is a sequence I taught in our Intermediate level class a while ago. The leg lift in overhead triceps extension was optional as a cherry on top 🍒 everyone was moving so smoothly through that arm series 🥹
I’m truly amazed of the progress the Monday movers and Tuesday crew are making. It’s been a while now that we’re kicking off the week together and every week y’all are leveling up, flowing to the beat of the music and making me smile!!!! It’s so special to witness the progress everyone is making and to see the power of consistency unfolding. I wouldn’t be able to teach the sequences I teach or to come up with new challenges so often if there wouldn’t be so many familiar faces every week. Can’t believe so many of you became regulars and that I can be part of your movement journey: Such an honor (I’m getting goosebumps writing this)💛

Was für eine Zeit - ich hätte gerne so so viel mehr Momente in dieses Video gepackt:

Der Start mit meinen Yoga- und Barrestunden beim Hochschulsport der UdS und beim NYS 💗 Dann die Erweiterung meines Wochenplans um immer mehr Stunden. Meine Reformerausbildung und so viele neue Erfahrungen in Australien, auf Bali und in Paris 🌴 Ich habe mich Hals über Kopf in Byron Bay verliebt 💘 Barre Body lehrt einen Stil, der genau das ist was ich suche und von dem zum allergrößten Teil meine Stunden geprägt sind.📝 Irgendwo auf diesem Weg bin ich von möglichst quirligen, bunten Leggins zum Pinky & Kamal Fan geworden 👚 Und mit dem Class Plan und jeder Stunde mit euch ein bisschen mehr lernen dürfen.

- I really believe there’s no one fits all approach to teaching
- There’s this one combo you just can’t coordinate? Taking a moment to go with your own flow can help to feel more confident in class.
- There’s no right and wrong in breathing, tempo and type of movement. Maybe you choose a slower pace, progressions or a child’s pose for a short break in between.
- It gives every individual in the room the chance to connect to their body’s sensations and needs.
- It forces everyone in the room to fully concentrate on the combo we’re working on and lets no space for spiraling thoughts.
- Self paced sections make space for me as an instructor to focus on individuals with special needs (injuries, pregnancy , spring changes…)

You will hear me saying something like “find your own rhythm and breath” or “choose your own tempo and flow through the exercises” to encourage you 💞🌀
